New Skyline Manufactured Home Models Offer Deluxe Decorative Features

At Ma Williams we are proud to offer homes from Skyline, one of the most respected manufactured home providers in the industry. Since 1951, the company has offered quality homes that are well constructed and affordable, and celebrated for their superior finish work.

So it’s always exciting when Skyline introduces new models, as they did recently at the Louisville Manufactured Housing Show.

Early word is that industry insiders were very impressed with what they saw. We are too, and we think you’ll be as well.

What caught our eye in particular were the open floor plans, an architectural choice that reflects trends going on in site-built homes. That feeling of spaciousness is particularly noticeable in the kitchens and in bathrooms that one show attendee described as “like a vacation spa destination.” Amenities include door-free showers, attractive tile work, high-end features and beautiful cabinetry.

Kevin Garthus, national product manager at Skyline Corporation, finds that “New trends such as kitchens with multiple accent wood grains and spacious islands paired with informal dining spaces are very popular with today’s consumers. Additionally, huge walk-in tile showers, rustic interior barn doors, tall sidewalls with trey ceilings and LED lighting are a few of the newest features in manufactured homes. Skyline is excited to bring these design elements to our product offerings.”
